friendly staff complimentary water
The staff was very friendly. They gave us a sweet gift upon our departure. i also appreciated the complimentary drinking water in the room, it was a nice touch.
the elevator reminded me of a slow freight elevator, but it worked fine,.

canal view good shower quiet area
The room overlooked the streets around and a canal. Air-con provided good temperature control. I found the bed comfy and the area surprisingly quiet at night.
The pillows could have been of better quality..

The location allowed easy city exploration and provided quiet sleep. I found coffee and tea facilities appreciated. The afternoon pastries were a lovely touch. Upon checking out, I received a goodie bag of treats, which ended the stay perfectly.
